For: Developing athletes, ages 12+ or anyone new to structured speed training.

Focus: Understanding mechanics, movement efficiency, and athletic control.

Includes:

  • In person clinic

  • Basic acceleration and deceleration drills

  • Agility, coordination, and posture ttips

  • Intro to fueling & hydration principles

  • Small-group or one-on-one sessions

Goal: Establish a baseline for speed, form, and strength and be able to implement 1-2 tweaks for immediate improvement
